muay thai

Good week of training @ team diamond. I ran two mma classes this week. We did alot of review and bad position drills. We have 3 guys fighting on a smoker today. Two guys doing mma and one muay thai. I know they will do well they have worked very hard. As for me I did mma and jui-jitsu all week like always. but also went to muay thai. Iworked my hands and footwork. A long week of training. I didn't get home until after 10pm every night. Now i'm just gonna do some weight training and cardio. until monday.
